59         CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 12TH OCTOBER 2017:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 12th October 2017 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

Application No: 17/01725/FUL – Variation of condition 2 of approved application 14/01642/FUL – To allow the proposed development to be carried out in accordance with the newly submitted plans – Lower Farm, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council cannot comment at this stage, without knowing what variation of clause 2 is or what clause 2 was originally. Town Clerk to contact TDC Planning Department accordingly. If time allows, application to be re-submitted to the next Town Council Planning Meeting.

 

 

Councillor J Chapman declared an interest in the following application

 

Application No: 17/01738/FUL – Development of five, four bedroom detached house with integral garages – change of house types from previously approved application 17/00288/FUL – Land North of Samsons Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council cannot comment at this stage, as there is no information on the previous application, so it is difficult to comment without knowing what the changes are. Town Clerk to contact TDC Planning Department accordingly. If time allows, application to be re-submitted to the next Town Council Planning Meeting.

Town Clerk instructed to send a letter to The Planning Inspectorate reiterating the Councils previous

comments.

 

The Chairman advised the Committee that a representative of Essex County Council will be attending a meeting in January 2018, regarding Highways/Planning Applications.
